Toxteth Town Hall Community Resource Centre is situated on High Park Street which links Princes Road and Park Road in Liverpool 8. Our Centre is close to bus stops and near to the Tesco Superstore. The building is Grade 2 listed and has many heritage features as well as accessible amenities and access and own carpark.
Our pricing policy for occupancy is as follows (rent is inclusive of utilities, cleaning etc but exclusive of Business Rates)*:

Terms:
The Charity offers tenancies at Will for those who need easy in easy out terms requiring only 24 hrs notice to vacate by either party;
1 year leases (excluded from the provisions 24 to 28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
After a period of agreeable occupation, the charity can offer 1 year leases which can be extended

HALL HIRE
The Thompson Community Hall
Our hall is a local and historical gem. The hall sees hundreds of people every year with popular events such as Heritage Open Day, training, regular classes, community events and much more.
We deliver some of our free community programme activities in this wonderful hall such as family games club, peer support classes, table tennis, training and heritage events and more. This is not full time and to assist us in trying to meet the running costs of the centre, we welcome other groups to hire the hall. Users book the hall for activities including public consultation, roadshows, heritage events, exhibitions, sports and recreation, meetings, training and much more.
The cost to book the hall is very affordable starting from as little as £12.50 per hour for small charities for day time week day hire. For further details contact the centre. All hire income goes directly back into supporting our charitable work and programme and centre operations.
PLEASE NOTE: Capacity differs depending on the type of event, any equipment, any catering, other brought in facilities etc. This will be discussed with the staff and a safe number of attendees can be agreed.
