Toxteth CAB
Toxteth CAB provides advice services to the general public on a wide variety of issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing, consumer issues, employment, family/ personal issues and asylum issues. We are also able to refer clients with complex cases to specialist advisers in welfare benefits, debt and housing. We also have a specialist CAB Sure Start Worker who provides general advice for people with children aged 0-4 years. There is also a Financial Literacy Project based at the Bureau helping Lone Parents to deal with debt/manage their money. The Drop-in is staffed by volunteers and we are always keen to train more advisers.
