Liverpool Somali Youth Association
Provide an after school, homework support club. Four evenings a week we offer particular support with English, Maths and Science as well as computers and Somali Culture. We have a football team competing in local Sunday leagues as well as other sporting activities. Including basketball, this year 2004 the Association participated in matches with other teams from across Merseyside, Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton. We also offer opportunities for children to participate in day trips to the countryside etc.
