History of DMAC Ltd

Dingle Multi Agency Centre Ltd (DMAC LTD) was conceived in 1995 and became incorporated as a limited company by guarantee in April 1997. The board was made up of local residents and representatives from voluntary sector agencies. DMAC LTD was awarded charitable status in July 1999. The Head Lease (125 years) was purchased on the Toxteth Town Hall building in July 1997 but originally had it on a contract from May 1997. It was purchased for £80,000 with funds from Dingle SRB and LCC Community Development Fund.
